In watch and jewellery trade every piece is high-value and unique; serial number, photo, documents and consignment status matter. The system holds each piece as a single record, links purchase and sale history, tracks consignment and export shipments and records the customer relationship in detail.

Piece record
Each watch or jewellery piece is recorded separately with photo, serial number, reference, condition and purchase cost. Certificate and invoice copies are attached to the record, at sale the buyer and price are written to the history and a piece’s whole path is seen on one screen.
Authenticity and valuation of a piece are determined by a specialist; the system only keeps the record.
Consignment and export
Pieces given or taken on consignment are tracked with owner and term; when sold the commission is calculated. For a piece going abroad, proforma, export documents and tracking number are linked to the same record and status stays visible until payment arrives.
Legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering, export and customs are assessed by the company and its specialist.
