Customer path from enquiry to payment

Goods going abroad: documents, carrier, tracking in one place

In sales abroad documents travel with the goods: proforma, commercial invoice, packing list and origin-related documents are needed. The system produces these documents from the order, links carrier and tracking number to the record, prepares the foreign-currency invoice and shows the status until payment arrives.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Documents

When the order is confirmed the proforma invoice, then the commercial invoice and packing list, are produced from the same items. Weight, number of packages and origin information come from the item card; documents are sent as PDF by e-mail to the customer and carrier.

Customs declaration and export permits are handled by a specialist or customs broker.

Shipment and collection

Carrier and tracking number are entered on the record and the status answers a customer question at once. The invoice is issued in EUR or USD, when payment arrives the exchange difference is calculated and a reminder is raised for overdue receivables.

Commercial terms such as Incoterms and letters of credit are clarified in the contract.
