Site and delivery
Each customer project has a site address, contact person and delivery time recorded. The order is calculated by pallets and weight, split into tours by vehicle capacity and the driver records the delivery.
Vehicle loading and transport rules are set by the company.
Project price and account
Special price lists and discount tiers are defined for large projects; if the open-account limit is exceeded the order goes for approval. Progress deliveries or part deliveries are tracked and the invoice is issued per project.
Legal matters such as payment security are clarified with a specialist.
