Order what is missing, check what arrives

Purchasing is fed by stock level and sales speed. The system suggests orders for items below minimum, prepares the supplier order by e-mail, compares incoming goods with the order and flags differences on the supplier invoice.

  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Order and goods receipt

A list of orders per supplier is built; price, quantity and expected delivery date are entered. When goods arrive, items are scanned or counted, missing and surplus items are marked and stock is updated.

Import of supplier catalogue files is assessed separately depending on the file format.

Invoice and cost

The supplier invoice is compared with the order and goods receipt; a warning appears if price or quantity differs. The purchase price is booked to the product card so margin and profit reports use current cost.

The accounting set-up is arranged together with your accountant.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland, suppliers invoice in CHF, EUR and other currencies, and imports may be involved. The system keeps currency and payment terms per supplier; customs and import matters are handled separately with a specialist.

Is the order sent to the supplier automatically?

A draft is prepared and sent by e-mail with your approval; automatic sending is assessed on request.
