DE FR IT EN
Four languages.
A Swiss property manager may serve residents who speak German, French, Italian and English at the same time. Interface, e-mails and document templates are chosen by each person’s language.
Each person states a preferred language in their profile. The system prepares notices and documents in that language, falling back to the default.
Template texts are set up with your approval.
The management team and the caretaker also work in their own language. Data can be entered in one language and output in another.
Free-text entries are not translated automatically.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Three of Switzerland’s national languages (DE, FR, IT) are covered; English is added for international residents. Language scope is clarified at set-up; Romansh is not covered.
