Most logistics companies already have accounting, ERP, customers' web shops or vehicle tracking devices. So that data is not entered twice, options such as CSV and Excel exchange, API links and reading tracking-device data are assessed.

Data exchange
Customer, order, shipment and invoice lists are imported and exported as CSV or Excel. Customers' order files can be imported in bulk using an agreed template.
The format of each accounting program is checked separately.
ERP and vehicle tracking
A link to an existing ERP or web shop depends on the interface the system offers. Reading position from a vehicle tracking device is assessed by the device's data transfer method and may not be possible for every device.
Scope, time and cost are presented in writing in the quote.
