From shipment to invoice with the QR-bill

Writing the invoice for a delivered shipment by hand is slow and error-prone. The system gathers delivered shipments, prepares the CHF invoice with tariff and surcharges, adds the QR-bill and tracks payment status.

Preparing invoices

Delivered shipments are grouped per customer or invoiced one by one. Fixed tariff, distance, weight and extra items such as waiting charges are added; a collective invoice can also be prepared.

The company defines tariffs and surcharge rules.

Payment and accounting

The invoice goes by e-mail as a PDF with the QR-bill; as payments arrive the status is updated and a reminder e-mail is prepared for overdue invoices. A CSV export is available for accounting.

VAT rates and accounting settings are clarified with the accountant.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points
