Video consultation: appointment-linked video visits alongside the patient record

A video consultation is scheduled in the appointment calendar; the patient joins through an e-mailed link and the doctor sees the record on the same screen. The note goes into the record.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • Patient data and nFADP in mind
  • Roles and access log

An option that shortens distance

Not every visit needs to be in person: check-ups, results discussions or short advice can save time by video. You decide which appointments may be video.

The joining link goes out in the patient’s language; the aim is a browser flow with nothing to install.

Security and records

The call room opens only for the booked patient. Time and duration are recorded, and the note goes into the patient file.

Which video infrastructure is used, data flow and retention are clarified with you in writing.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss specifics

Video consultations involve health data; the choice of infrastructure, data flow and recording rules are set with you in writing with the nFADP in mind. Billing rules depend on insurer and tariff conditions.
