Component
Batch and shelf.
Electronics manufacturing involves hundreds of small components and frequent revisions. The system links component stock, serial numbers, test results and product revision, so it is known which board was built with which component.
Components are recorded with manufacturer part number, batch and shelf location; alternative components can be defined. When a product revision changes, it shows which boards are affected.
Special storage rules such as moisture sensitivity and ESD are defined by the company.
The test results of each board are recorded under its serial number; a failed board goes to the rework list and the outcome is tracked. Measurement files are linked to the board.
Automatic data capture from test equipment is assessed separately by device.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Swiss electronics makers often work with small series and many product variants. The system keeps products with many revisions orderly; the interface can be used in DE, FR, IT, EN or TR and documents are prepared with CHF prices.
