Roles and audit log: who sees what, who changed what

If everybody can see everything, the risk of errors and misuse grows. The role model gives each person only the area they need, and the audit log makes changes traceable.

Role model

Roles are built to your school’s structure. A teacher sees only their own classes, a parent only their own child.

A new role can be added when needed.

Log and review

Important actions (grade change, deletion, export) are logged: who, when, what. Management can filter the log.

Permissions are reviewed periodically.

Your benefits

Log

Who, when, what.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
