Parent contact: the right message to the right family in the right language

School messages are often scattered across mass e-mail, paper notes and phone calls. In one flow, notices, personal messages and consent forms reach the family, and replies and read status are visible to the school.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • Pupil data and nFADP in mind
  • Roles and access log

The path of a message

The school or teacher writes a message and picks the class or family. The system sends it in each family’s preferred language and channel.

Contact runs by e-mail; SMS would be separate scope.

Reply and approval

The family reads, replies or approves the form. Families who do not reply get a gentle reminder; the school sees the approval summary in one list.

Replies are attached to the pupil record.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

DE, FR, IT or EN can be chosen per family; forms of address are set per language. Family data and message records are protected with the nDSG in mind.
