Roles and audit log: who sees what, who changed what

Manager, accountant, caretaker, owner and tenant work in the same system but should not see the same data. Roles set the limits and the audit log tracks changes.

Defining permissions

For each role the visible buildings, documents and actions are defined. A caretaker sees only work orders, an owner only their own unit.

Roles are defined together at set-up.

Audit log

Key actions (amounts, status, document changes) are logged with user and time. Management can open a record’s history and see the differences.

Log entries cannot be deleted, only read.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Australian-specific points

In Australia managers often run many buildings with small teams, so roles are kept simple and clear. Role names show in DE, FR, IT or EN.
