What drives the price
A website’s price depends less on the number of pages than on what the site must do: how much custom design it needs, whether it takes payments, whether it runs in Arabic and English, and how many systems it connects to.
- Build route: template builder, freelancer, studio or larger agency
- Languages: English only, or bilingual Arabic and English
- Features: bookings, payments, accounts, search or integrations
- Content: who writes, photographs and translates it
- Running costs: hosting, domain, security updates and support
Typical price bands in AED
Market quotes in 2026 put a company website from a freelancer at roughly AED 3,000–12,000, and a studio- or agency-built site at AED 10,000–40,000 or more. Online shops often start around AED 12,000 for a template store and reach AED 60,000 or more when built professionally; fully custom platforms cost considerably more. Treat these as guide ranges, not fixed prices.
Look beyond the build price
Hosting, a domain (including .ae if you want it), security updates, content changes and support continue every year. Prices are normally quoted in dirhams, and 5% VAT applies if the supplier is VAT-registered, so ask whether a quote includes it.
How to compare quotes
Ask each supplier for the same written scope, the number of design revisions included, who owns the code and content, and the monthly cost after launch. A clear scope is a better guide than the lowest number.
