Ticket sales: capacity, payment and QR e-ticket in one flow

When ticket sales are split across phone, e-mail and box office, capacity cannot be tracked. Online sales reduce capacity instantly, take the payment and send the buyer a QR e-ticket.

Sales

For an event or match, ticket types, categories, prices and capacity are defined. The buyer chooses on the page, pays and receives the QR ticket by e-mail.

Cash sales on site are added to the capacity through the box-office entry.

Refunds and changes

If an event is canceled or postponed, buyers receive an e-mail; the refund rule follows your terms. The sales report is ready per event.

The payment provider is chosen at set-up.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
