Lesson day: one flow from plan to parent notice

A lesson day is cut into short intervals: attendance, lesson, homework, message. With separate tools every switch costs time; in one flow the teacher focuses on teaching and records form by themselves.

  • English and community languages
  • Pupil data and CCPA in mind
  • Roles and access log

Morning and lesson

The teacher sees the day’s lessons and substitution duties. At the start of a lesson attendance is taken in a few taps; a notice to the parent is prepared automatically for an absent pupil.

A teacher or the office confirms before sending.

After the lesson

Lesson note and homework are saved, and grades are entered on the same screen. At the end of the day a homework summary reaches parents and pupils.

Records flow into the report flow automatically.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

US-specific points

Lesson times and the holiday calendar are defined by state and school. Parent messages go out in the family’s language; pupil data is protected with access logging.
