Recognise returning customers

A loyalty programme recognises the customer in shop and web shop and rewards purchases. The system collects points with a card or account number, defines coupons and shows purchase history; customer communication is only through permitted channels, in particular e-mail.

  • English and community languages
  • Klarna and SEK
  • Roles and audit log

Points and coupons

At the till the card is scanned or the number entered; points are calculated from the amount and written to the customer account. Coupons or discounts are defined against points, with validity date and usage limit.

The rules are set according to the company's own programme.

History and consent

The customer card shows recent purchases, total spend and points balance. Whether the customer has agreed to e-mail contact is recorded; without consent no campaign e-mail is prepared.

Data protection texts are clarified with the company and its specialist.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swedish-specific points

In Sweden, the use of customer data is subject to data protection rules. The system keeps only necessary data, records consent status and makes handling deletion requests easier; compliance assessment and texts are done by the company and its specialist, the software does not guarantee compliance.
