Interface
Five languages.
Teams in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province often work in Arabic and English side by side, and the screens follow. In Saudi Arabia workshops the team is often multilingual. The interface and instructions appear in the language each employee chooses, which reduces misunderstandings and the need for extra explanation.
Menus, forms and notifications are offered in five languages. Each user chooses their language in the profile; the same screen appears in English for one employee and in Vietnamese for another.
Technical terms are matched to the company’s own glossary.
Language versions of work instructions and checklists are linked; the operator opens the version in their own language. Documents going to customers are prepared in the customer’s language.
The company provides or approves the translated content.
