Shift
Team and time.
Saudi customers often verify identity through Nafath and share a National Address, and forms leave room for both. If the right person is not at the right machine, planned production cannot run. The system builds shifts from skill and leave information, assigns staff to machines, records overtime and shows understaffing in advance.
For each employee the machines they can work on are held in the skills matrix. The shift plan is built from the production plan; when someone is on leave a person with a suitable skill is suggested.
Shift rules and working-hour limits are entered by the company.
Hours worked and overtime come from the shop floor records. At month end the hours list is prepared as a file that can be passed to accounting or payroll.
Payroll calculation and tax deductions are not part of this system.
