Invoice
PDF and QR code.
Payments in the Kingdom mean mada, Apple Pay and, for many shoppers, STC Pay or Tabby, and the flow is built around them. In Saudi Arabia families pay invoices with a QR code. The software turns the fee into an invoice from the pupil record, produces the QR code and helps match incoming payments to the right invoice.
A fee plan (monthly, per term, yearly) is defined; on the invoice date the PDF and QR code are prepared and sent to the parent.
Rules such as sibling discounts can be defined.
Incoming payments are matched to invoices using the file from the bank. Open items trigger a stepped reminder e-mail.
The bank file format is clarified with your bank.

Payment links, cards and IBAN bank transfers are the common payment methods in Saudi Arabia. The payment-link format, reference and bank file format are clarified with your bank and accountant.
Scope depends on your software and its interface; it is assessed separately.
