Overview
Enrolment, attendance, fees.
The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and SDAIA guidance shape how records are kept, so access and retention are defined early. How many enrolments, where do absences rise, which fees are open? Answering by merging tables by hand is slow. Reports read the data straight from the system for management and the office.
Management sees the whole school, a class teacher only their own class. Filters work by class, term and course.
Tables can be exported as CSV or PDF.
A report is only useful if the data is right. Classes with missing attendance or grades are flagged, so gaps are closed before the report is run.
Personal data is shown in reports only as far as needed.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
If statistics must be reported to a region, the table format is prepared to the region’s request. Pupil data in reports is kept to a minimum with the PDPL in mind.
The format is prepared to the region’s request; sending stays under your control.
