From purchase to goods receipt and invoice
Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. In trade, purchasing is the first link that sets the margin. The system keeps price and lead time on the supplier card, suggests purchases based on need, prepares the order by e-mail, checks goods on receipt and matches the supplier invoice with order and receipt.

Order and goods receipt
A purchase suggestion is prepared from minimum stock and open sales orders; the approved suggestion goes to the supplier as an order by e-mail. When goods arrive they are compared with order lines, differences and damage are recorded and stock is updated.
Supplier portal or EDI connection is assessed separately.
Invoice matching and cost
The supplier invoice is compared with order and goods receipt; price or quantity differences are flagged. Freight and other costs are allocated to item cost, so real cost and margin are visible for each item.
An interface for the accounting transfer is assessed separately.
