Coach scheduling: classes, shifts and availability together
Qatar National Vision 2030 pushes services online, so customers expect the kind of digital forms they know from Hukoomi. With spreadsheet-based coach scheduling, clashes, uncovered classes and overtime go unnoticed. The system assigns the class to a suitable person, shows availability and leave and prepares the monthly list.

Planning
Each coach enters availability; management assigns the class and the system warns about clashes. The coach sees their own plan on the phone.
Seasonal plans and holidays are defined together.
Substitutes and lists
If a coach cannot come, suitable people receive an e-mail; the first to accept is assigned. At month end the hours worked are prepared as a list.
Payroll calculation is not part of this system.

Yes; volunteers are kept with their own role and duty type.
