Roles
Five levels.
Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy shapes how records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. If dispatcher, driver, warehouse staff and accountant can all change the same data, confusion follows. Roles separate the permissions of each employee; changes to prices, tours and shipments are written to the audit log and can be traced back.
Ready-made roles are adapted to the company: the driver sees their own tour, the dispatcher all tours and orders, warehouse staff the stock, accounting the invoices and management the reports. One person can have several roles.
Custom role needs are discussed during setup.
Changes to prices, tours, shipments and invoices are stored with old and new value. The log is filtered by date, user and action and can be exported; normal users cannot delete the log.
The company sets the retention period.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In small and medium Qatar logistics companies one person often takes several roles; the system allows this. The log language can be DE, FR, IT, EN or TR.
No, not by default; the permission can be changed in the role matrix.
