Modules
Goal and assessment.
Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy shapes how records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. In vocational training the learner studies at school and at a company. If attendance, assessments and documents are not shared with both sides, follow-up gets hard; the software shows the relevant information to the authorised person.
A company contact sees only their own learner’s attendance and assessment. In case of significant absences the company is notified by e-mail.
Access rules are clarified in writing.
For each module the goal, duration and assessment are defined. For completed modules a document is prepared and stored in the file.
Official diploma procedures follow the competent authority’s rules.
