Fee plan
Term and instalments.
Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. When fees live in spreadsheets and invoices in another program, who has paid and who is late stays unclear. The software generates the fee plan from the pupil record, issues the invoice and shows late payments.
Fee items are defined by your rules: enrolment, term, meals, transport or materials. The invoice is built from these items and sent to parents by e-mail.
Sibling discounts are applied automatically.
Incoming payments are matched to invoices, late ones are listed and a reminder e-mail is prepared. An export for accounting is possible.
