Grade entry
Weighting and average are automatic.
Businesses in Doha, Lusail, Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah typically work in Arabic and English, and the interface covers both. Copying grades from tables onto reports by hand at term end is slow and error-prone. Teachers enter grades; averages and the report draft are produced by the software, and the head approves.
Subjects, tests and weighting follow your school’s rules. Averages update as soon as a grade is entered, so teachers need no calculator.
In courses, levels or certificates can replace grades.
The report draft appears in your school’s template, the head checks and approves it, and the PDF goes to parents. Earlier terms’ reports stay in the pupil record.
