Where is the cargo, when does it arrive on one screen, built for Italian SMEs, tailored to Italian SMEs

If you work with public bodies, we can integrate SPID, CIE and PagoPA where required. Businesses in Milan, Padua and Rome usually want this running before the next VAT return, so the scope follows how your team really works. The customer asks the same question every day: where is my order. The system keeps carrier, tracking number, departure and estimated arrival date and status for each shipment, flags delays and prepares an e-mail notice for the customer.

  • Roles and audit log

Shipment record

The shipment is opened from the order: carrier, vehicle or container information, departure date and estimated arrival are entered. Statuses are followed as loaded, in transit, at customs and delivered; every change is logged with date and user.

Automatic connection to carrier systems is assessed separately depending on the carrier.

Delay and notice

When the estimated arrival is passed the shipment is flagged red and listed for the sales team. The status notice to the customer is prepared as an e-mail draft and sent with your approval; the whole shipment history is visible on the customer card.

Separate status lists can be defined for road, sea and air transport.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Italian-specific points

In Italy transit and road transport are dense and shipments often cross borders. The system follows road, sea and air shipments in the same structure; assessment of border crossing and customs procedures belongs to the company and its customs broker.
