Complaint and return
The customer request arrives by e-mail and is linked to the relevant invoice line; photo and description are added. If the return is accepted a return number is issued, when the goods arrive their condition (intact, damaged, resaleable) is marked and they are taken into stock accordingly.
Warranty and return conditions are assessed by the company according to contract and general terms.
Credit note and supplier
The credit note is prepared linked to the original invoice and deducted from the customer account or refunded. If the problem comes from the manufacturer a complaint is opened with the supplier, the answer and compensation are tracked and complaint reasons are reported.
Refund method and deadlines are set according to company policy.
