How many of which item, and where across Italy
Businesses in Turin, Bologna, Florence, Bari and Palermo get the same method: remote work, short milestones and one point of contact. Balance and warning
For each item the shop, warehouse and reserved quantity is visible; web-shop orders deduct from the relevant stock. Items falling below the minimum are listed and shown with supplier details for a purchase suggestion.
The use of barcode readers and handheld terminals is assessed separately.
Count and transfer
The count list is prepared per shop or shelf, the counted quantity is compared with the system and the difference is recorded with a reason. A transfer from one shop to another is tracked as sent and received.
The valuation method is clarified with your accountant.
