Retail feature
Enter products once, use them everywhere, built for Italian SMEs, tailored to Italian SMEs
Italian teams work mostly in Italian, often with English, Turkish or other languages among staff and customers; interfaces and messages are built for that from the start. Italian teams often work in several national languages with English or Turkish alongside, so screens and messages are prepared for that from day one. If the till, web shop and stock do not use the same product data, prices and descriptions drift apart. The catalogue keeps barcode, variants, images, price list and multilingual descriptions in one place; till and web shop draw from it.

Product card
Each item holds barcode, supplier code, category, unit, size or colour variant and images. Bulk import and export work with CSV or Excel.
If you already have a product list, its format is checked beforehand for the transfer.
Price and language
Separate price lists are defined for retail, campaign and business customers, with validity dates. Product name and description are kept in DE, FR, IT and EN, and till and web shop show them in the customer's language.
These translations are entered by the company or prepared together.
How we work
- 1
Clarify the need
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
- 2
Build and connect
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
- 3
Test and launch
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Italian-specific points
In Italy, product labels and descriptions are often expected in several languages. The system keeps a separate field per language; prices are entered in EUR, and product-specific legal labelling duties are assessed by the company and its specialist.
