Drivers, office and customers in their own language across Italy
Italian teams work mostly in Italian, often with English, Turkish or other languages among staff and customers; interfaces and messages are built for that from the start. Italian teams often work in several national languages with English or Turkish alongside, so screens and messages are prepared for that from day one. In Italian logistics drivers, office staff and customers speak different languages. The interface follows each person's choice, while documents and notifications follow the customer's language; misunderstandings and extra calls decrease.

Interface and app
Menus, forms and the driver app are offered in five languages. Each user chooses their language in the profile; the same tour list appears in German for one driver and in Turkish for another.
Address and cargo descriptions stay in the language they were entered in; no automatic translation is done.
Documents and notifications
Delivery note, invoice and quote templates are prepared in five languages; the customer's saved language is chosen automatically. Tracking and delay e-mails also go out in the customer's language.
Additional language needs are assessed at quote stage.

In Italy teams speak Italian, English and often Romanian, Albanian or Arabic or Portuguese. Additional language needs are discussed at quote stage; price documents are prepared in EUR.

Yes; the driver chooses their language in the profile at any time.
How is the document language chosen?
The language in the customer record is used; it can also be changed by hand for each document.
