Patient journey

The patient gets a reminder: does not forget, confirms or reschedules in a click across Italy

Italian teams work mostly in Italian, often with English, Turkish or other languages among staff and customers; interfaces and messages are built for that from the start. Italian teams often work in several national languages with English or Turkish alongside, so screens and messages are prepared for that from day one. Before the appointment the patient receives a short e-mail: date, time, address and a confirm or reschedule link. Forgotten appointments drop, and a freed slot is noticed early.

  • Italian, English
  • Patient data and GDPR in mind
  • Roles and access log

An appointment not forgotten

The reminder helps the patient check their calendar. Timing is your rule, for example one day before.

It carries no health information; only the appointment itself.

A freed slot is known early

If the patient reschedules or cancels, the slot opens in the calendar at once and another patient can be offered it.

On busy days a rule can be set to inform a waiting patient.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Italian specifics

A reminder contains only what is needed; health data is kept to a minimum with the GDPR in mind. The patient’s contact preference is stored.
