Documents: drawings, instructions and versions in one place across Italy
Personal data is handled under the GDPR and the Italian Garante guidance, so access, retention and deletion periods are set from day one. Personal data is handled under the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (GDPR), so access, retention and deletion are defined early. Working with an outdated drawing on the shop floor leads to expensive mistakes. The system links drawings, work instructions and measurement reports to the order and machine, keeps versions and shows the operator only the valid version.

Archive
PDFs, images and office documents are uploaded and linked to a product, order or machine. When a new version is uploaded the old one moves to the archive; the operator screen opens only the current version.
Viewing CAD files depends on the file type.
Rights and log
Who can access a document is set by role; for example a customer drawing is visible only on the relevant work order. Every upload, version change and download is written to the audit log.
For non-disclosure agreements and intellectual property, legal counsel is consulted.

Italian-specific points
Customer drawings in Italy are often confidential; access is limited by role and work order. Server location and backup terms are presented in writing at quote stage. Instructions can be shown in DE, FR, IT or TR.

Yes; language versions of the same instruction are linked and the operator sees their own language.
What is the maximum file size?
The size limit is set at project start; large CAD files are assessed separately.
