Businesses in Milan, Padua and Rome usually want this running before the next VAT return, so the scope follows how your team really works. A QR-code ticket goes out by email and is scanned at entry with a phone. A used or invalid ticket warns at once.

Speed and order at the entrance
Each participant receives a unique ticket; the entry staff scan it on the phone and those admitted are counted. If the same ticket is scanned a second time a warning appears, preventing copies and wrong entries.
