Report

Iraq Vision 2035 pushes services online, so customers expect the kind of digital flows they know from the Sahel government app. When faults arrive by phone, message and e-mail, it becomes unclear what was assigned to whom. This flow ties each step to a record and keeps the tenant informed.
The tenant reports the fault via the portal or e-mail. Management sets the priority; the job is assigned to the caretaker or an external tradesperson and a confirmation e-mail goes to the tenant.
A phone number for emergencies is set with management separately.
The tradesperson does the job, adds a photo and note; the invoice is linked to the job record. The tenant confirms after the repair and the record closes.
Warranty and insurance matters are handled separately.

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Iraq fault reports are often shared between the caretaker (Hauswart) and management. The language follows the tenant; the emergency and out-of-hours process is set with your management.
The report is recorded and processed on the next working day; the emergency process is set separately with management.
