Authorised persons
Save time.
Many Iraqi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. Authorised pick-up persons are recorded for each child and who collected is logged at pick-up. An unauthorised person raises a warning.
Parents add authorised persons through the portal or the kita records them; a temporary authorisation (for example a grandparent) is defined for a date range. At pick-up staff see the list, mark who collected and get a warning for someone not on it.

Pick-up and custody rules are set by the kita contract and legal situation; the kita defines them and the software only applies the list and record.
It depends on the kita’s rule; the result of a check can be recorded.
