Personal data is handled under the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (GDPR), so access, retention and deletion are defined early. If customers phone to ask every time, the team loses time. In the portal the customer logs in, enters orders, tracks shipments and downloads delivery notes and invoices; they see only their own data.
Each customer logs in with their own account; the order form is pre-filled with previous addresses. The tracking screen shows shipment status and estimated arrival, and the documents section shows delivery notes and invoices.
The portal scope and design are clarified at project start.
The customer chooses on which events to receive an e-mail: loaded, departed, delivered, delay. Each customer account can access only its own shipments, and access is logged.
Notifications are sent by e-mail only.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Finnish customers expect the portal in their own language, DE, FR, IT or EN. Data protection matters: access is limited by role, and server location and data processing terms are presented in writing in the quote.
