The daily number of meals is calculated from attendance; meal preferences and special dietary notes reported by parents are visible to relevant staff. The kitchen list comes out automatically.

When the morning attendance is complete the day’s meal count goes to the kitchen by group; meals for absent children drop out. Special dietary notes reported by parents are visible to relevant staff and the meal fee is booked to the invoice per the contract.
