Trade software exchanges data with accounting, bank, web shop and carriers. The system provides interfaces for Excel and CSV import and export, bank transaction file, invoice transfer to accounting and stock and order synchronisation with a web shop; scope is clarified together in the project.

Data exchange
Item, customer and price lists are imported via Excel or CSV; reports and documents are exported. The bank transaction file goes to payment matching, invoice and receivables lists go to accounting; formats are adjusted to the accounting software.
Connection to specific third-party systems is assessed separately depending on the interface the system offers.
Web shop and carrier
Orders from the web shop land in the system, stock and prices go back to the shop. Carrier label and tracking number are obtained through the interface offered by the carrier or via file; scope is clarified in the project.
Responsibility and maintenance terms are set in writing for each integration.

Spanish-specific points
In Spain the payment flow runs through the Stripe and bank files and many businesses use a separate accounting program. The system offers file transfer suited to this flow; the formats offered by banks and accounting programs are checked in the project.
