From shipment to invoice, without errors
In trade, an invoice written by hand from the shipment is late and contains errors. The system prepares the invoice from shipped lines, adds the Stripe payment slip, issues EUR and foreign-currency invoices, invoices partial shipments separately and closes returns with credit notes.

Invoice preparation
When a shipment is confirmed an invoice draft is prepared: price, discount, payment terms and due date come from the order. The Stripe payment slip is added automatically and the invoice goes as a PDF in the customer’s language by e-mail.
The tax and legal suitability of invoice content is assessed by the company and its specialist.
Currency, returns and accounting
On a foreign-currency invoice the rate is recorded and the EUR equivalent is shown. When a return arrives the credit note is linked to the original invoice; invoice lists and open items are exported for accounting.
An interface for direct transfer to accounting software is assessed separately.

In Spain the Stripe is used as the payment slip and invoice languages vary by customer. The system supports the Stripe format and four-language invoices; correctness of IVA and legal fields is assessed by the company and its specialist.
Frequently asked questions
Is a partial shipment invoiced separately?
Yes; each shipment gets its own invoice or they can be combined, the rule is defined per customer.
Are invoices sent as PDF?
Yes; a PDF is prepared in the customer’s language and sent by e-mail.
