Spanish specific

Every employee works in their own language

In Spanish workshops the team is often multilingual. The interface and instructions appear in the language each employee chooses, which reduces misunderstandings and the need for extra explanation.

  • English and community languages
  • Stripe and EUR
  • Roles and audit log

Interface

Menus, forms and notifications are offered. Each user chooses their language in the profile; the same screen appears in English for one employee and in Vietnamese for another.

Technical terms are matched to the company’s own glossary.

Instructions and reports

Language versions of work instructions and checklists are linked; the operator opens the version in their own language. Documents going to customers are prepared in the customer’s language.

The company provides or approves the translated content.
