In most clubs sponsor contracts, invoice dates and promised visibility sit in separate files. The system gathers packages, renewal dates, invoices and the placements offered to the sponsor on one card.

Packages such as gold and silver are defined with price and benefits. Each sponsor card holds the contract period, contact person and invoicing details.

Tracking and reports
A reminder arrives before the renewal date. A visibility report is prepared for the sponsor with a list of jersey, banner and event placements.
Media reach figures are entered by the club.
