Customer journey from basket to return

From first purchase to loyal customer

A loyalty programme carries the customer to the second and third purchase. The system takes the card sign-up, adds points on every purchase, applies promotions by card, shows customer activity and prepares permitted e-mail offers.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Sign-up and points

The customer signs up for the card at the till or in the web shop and ticks the consent options. Points are added on every purchase; points, tier and available discount look the same at the till and in the customer account.

Consent and data-protection rules are described on the Swiss data-protection page.

Offers and repeat purchases

Promotions are prepared from purchase history; for customers who consented an e-mail offer draft is created and sending takes place with company approval. Repeat-purchase rate, number of active and inactive cards and promotion results are reported.

The legal conditions for advertising e-mails are assessed by the company and its specialist.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland customers want to know which data is used for what and expect information in four languages. The system keeps the consent record and supports four-language information texts; data-protection compliance is assessed by the company and its specialist, the software gives no guarantee.
