Site deliveries: time, material, machines

In construction transport, delivery hours are restricted, material types vary and many suppliers arrive at the same site. The system keeps site-based work orders, time slots, material and machine transports and delivery documents together.

Site and time slot

Each work order is linked to a site and a delivery time slot; address, contact person and access notes are visible in the record. Vehicles going to the same site on the same day are collected in one list.

Site time slots are defined together with the client.

Material, machines and documents

Transports of sand, gravel, concrete elements, building materials and machines are recorded as separate job types; quantity, unit and vehicle type are visible. At delivery, a delivery document with signature and photo is created and sent to the client.

Weight and special transport permits are handled by the company and a specialist.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland, construction sites are often in town centres or places with narrow access, and delivery rules vary by municipality. The system keeps site notes; weight limits and permits are handled by the company and its specialist, the software only keeps records.

Frequently asked questions

Are several sites tracked separately?

Yes; each site appears separately with its own work orders, documents and invoices.

Are special transport permits managed?

Permits are obtained by the company and its specialist; the software only adds the relevant document and date to the record.
