Strict access
Notes for the therapist only.
In psychotherapy confidentiality comes first. The software keeps session booking, restricted-access notes, optional video sessions and billing under strict rights and logging.
Session notes are open only to the treating therapist; managers and reception cannot see them by default. Every access is logged.
Reminder e-mails never carry session content or a diagnosis.
In-person and video sessions are planned in one calendar. A series is created in one step, and cancellation rules are as you set them.
Invoice form and insurance conditions are clarified in writing with you.

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
