Patient journey

Invoice and follow-up: the visit is billed, the patient invited back

After the visit services become an invoice and the patient receives it in their language. If needed they are invited to a follow-up appointment; the journey closes and starts again.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • Patient data and nFADP in mind
  • Roles and access log

After the visit

The invoice is prepared from recorded services and sent in the patient’s language. The team tracks payment status.

If payment is late, a rule-based reminder goes out.

Follow-up and continuation

After a period the doctor sets, the patient is invited to a follow-up appointment. If you wish, a short feedback e-mail also goes out.

So the patient journey does not end with one visit; it restarts when needed.
