Plan
Hours and days.
When a machine due for maintenance is forgotten, a breakdown follows and production stalls. The system reminds of periodic maintenance, records breakdowns, deducts spare parts from stock and shows each machine’s maintenance history and downtime.
For each machine the maintenance interval is defined by hours, days or production quantity. A maintenance due is assigned to a technician as a task and recorded when completed.
Warranty and service contracts are entered separately according to the manufacturer.
When a breakdown occurs the operator records it by phone and the technician is e-mailed. Spare parts used are deducted from stock, downtime and cost are written to the machine.
Automatic fault detection through sensor or PLC data is out of scope.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Machines in Switzerland are often high-value and long-lived, so maintenance history is kept for years. The technician interface works in DE, FR, IT or EN, and spare part prices are entered in CHF or foreign currency.
Yes; with a limited role it only has access to the relevant machine and jobs.
Intervals are entered by the company; manufacturer documents can be attached to the machine.
