Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks are defined for each site. Recurring jobs fall into the plan automatically and a task not done stays visible.

Cleaning frequency and scope are defined per contract; periodic jobs such as windows, carpets or deep cleaning are added to the calendar by themselves. Unplanned requests are logged separately and passed to an extra invoice.
