Each plan’s version, change note and approver are recorded. Only the current version goes to the site and specialists.

No building from an old plan
When a new version is uploaded the old one moves to the archive; people on the distribution list are notified and acknowledgement is tracked. If the site team opens an old plan, a reminder shows a current version exists.
