Pool and wellness: entry, lanes and occupancy

In pools and wellness centres, entry, subscriptions, lane and course booking and the till in different systems mean queues and mistakes. One system manages entry, occupancy and sales together.

Entry and booking

Single tickets, 10-visit cards and subscriptions are defined. Guests enter with a QR code; lane and course capacity is booked online and a limit on simultaneous visitors applies.

Turnstile and wristband reader hardware is assessed separately.

Occupancy and till

Staff see current occupancy and peak hours. Café and shop sales go through the same till; the day-end report includes them together with entry.

Water quality and technical measuring systems are not part of this software.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Australian-specific points

Municipal pools and thermal baths in Australia often apply different prices for residents and tourists; the system supports both price types. Prices are in AUD, screens in DE, FR, IT or EN.
